# Oskar > Oskar is an extra pair of eyes on your customers for SaaS founders. It watches Stripe billing and PostHog product usage, and tells you when a customer needs you: churn risks, upgrade opportunities and anything unusual, each with an explanation. Oskar is in private beta: founders join the waitlist at https://withoskar.com/beta and there is a simulated demo workspace at https://withoskar.com/demo. Oskar is read-only: it never writes to Stripe or PostHog and never contacts a founder's customers. Every docs page is available as Markdown by adding .md to its URL, and https://withoskar.com/llms-full.txt has all of them in one file. ## Start here - [Oskar docs](https://withoskar.com/docs.md): How Oskar works, what it can and cannot see in your tools, and how to get the most from it. - [How Oskar works](https://withoskar.com/docs/how-oskar-works.md): How Oskar turns your Stripe billing and PostHog usage into a short, explained list of customers who need you. - [Getting started](https://withoskar.com/docs/getting-started.md): Joining the private beta, creating your account, connecting Stripe and PostHog, matching customers and the setup conversation. ## Trust and data - [Read-only by design](https://withoskar.com/docs/read-only-data-access.md): Oskar only reads from Stripe and PostHog, never writes to them, and never contacts your customers. Here is exactly what it reads, stores and shares. ## Connecting data - [Connecting Stripe](https://withoskar.com/docs/connecting-stripe.md): Connect Stripe to Oskar with read-only access through Stripe Connect, and how Oskar uses your billing data. - [Connecting PostHog](https://withoskar.com/docs/connecting-posthog.md): Connect PostHog with a read-only personal API key, what Oskar reads, and how product usage is matched to your Stripe customers. ## Using Oskar - [Decisions and feedback](https://withoskar.com/docs/decisions-and-feedback.md): How Oskar sorts your customers, what each decision record shows, and how to tell Oskar when it got something right or wrong. - [Watches](https://withoskar.com/docs/watches.md): Ask Oskar in plain English to look out for something, and how it turns that into checks it can actually make. - [Impact](https://withoskar.com/docs/impact.md): How Oskar counts revenue that was recovered, added or protected after it flagged a customer, and what it deliberately doesn't count. - [Talk to Oskar and email digests](https://withoskar.com/docs/talk-and-digests.md): Ask Oskar about your customers in conversation, tell it what it can't see, and choose which emails you get. - [Connect AI tools](https://withoskar.com/docs/connect-ai-tools.md): Use Oskar from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code through its MCP server, what your assistant can do, and how access is approved. ## Site - [Home](https://withoskar.com/): What Oskar does, how it works and the tools it connects to. - [Demo](https://withoskar.com/demo): A simulated Oskar workspace with fictional customers and data. - [Join the private beta](https://withoskar.com/beta): The waitlist for early access. ## Optional - [Privacy](https://withoskar.com/privacy): What Oskar collects, who handles it and how long it is kept. - [Terms](https://withoskar.com/terms): The terms for the website and the private beta.
