Oskar is an early-stage product from Infinite Stack. This page explains what we collect and why, both on this website and in the Oskar product, who else handles it, and how long we keep it.

On this website

This part covers the website, the demo and the private beta waitlist.

What we collect

  • Waitlist details you give us: your name, work email, company, website, approximate MRR and customer count, which tools you use, and anything you tell us you'd like Oskar to watch.
  • Basic usage events: which pages and demo items are viewed or clicked, tied to a random ID in your browser tab's session storage. This first-party tracking doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting.
  • Optional Google Analytics: if you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 receives page views and interaction events, including actions in the demo and successful beta signups. Google may also collect browser and device information, approximate location, and automatically measured interactions such as scrolling, outbound clicks and form interactions. We don't intentionally send your waitlist answers, email address or demo conversation text to Google. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies on this site. We don't load its tag before you opt in.
  • How you found us: the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Why we collect it

We use it to decide who to invite to the private beta, to contact you about Oskar, and to learn which parts of the product interest people. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers.

Your analytics choice

You can allow or decline Google Analytics. Use “Analytics settings” on this site to change your choice at any time. Declining it does not affect access to the site or demo.

In the Oskar product

This part covers your Oskar account and the workspaces you set up in it.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and password, which we store only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture.
  • What you tell Oskar while getting started: your company name, website and what matters most to you.
  • Data from the tools you connect:
    • Stripe, with read-only access: your customers, plans, subscriptions, invoices and payments, including your customers' names and billing email addresses and any cancellation comments they left.
    • PostHog, with a read-only key you provide: product events, and the people and companies they belong to, including email addresses where your PostHog project records them.
You can choose demo data instead, in which case nothing real is connected.
  • What you tell Oskar about your business: facts you confirm or correct, your conversations with Oskar, notes, watches you create, and your feedback on its decisions.
  • What Oskar works out: its profile of your business, and its decisions about each customer, with the evidence and explanation behind them.
  • Access you grant to other AI tools: if you connect an AI assistant to Oskar, we keep a record of that connection and the access tokens it uses.

Why we use it

We use it to run Oskar for you: to work out which of your customers need your attention and why, to explain each decision, to answer your questions, and to send the digest emails you choose to receive. We also use it to keep the service secure and to fix problems. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use your data or your customers' data to train AI models.

Your customers' data

For the data that comes from your Stripe and PostHog accounts, you decide what Oskar can see and you remain responsible for it. We process it only to provide Oskar to you, and only on your instructions.

How it's protected

Oskar only ever asks for read-only access, and it never changes anything in your tools. The keys and tokens for your connections are encrypted when stored. Only people in your Oskar account can see your workspaces. You can revoke Oskar's access to Stripe from your Stripe dashboard, or delete its PostHog key in PostHog, at any time.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and its first-party data.
  • Google serves the fonts on this site and in Oskar, provides “Continue with Google” if you use it, and runs Google Analytics if you allow it.
  • Anthropic provides the Claude AI models Oskar uses to work out your business profile, explain its decisions and answer your messages. The relevant data you connected and your conversations are sent to Anthropic for this. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models.
  • TypeSafe AI provides the model Oskar uses to decide which customers need attention. It receives each customer's signals and the evidence behind them.
  • AgentPing helps us monitor the cost and reliability of Oskar's AI. It receives only usage details: which part of Oskar ran, your workspace's ID, the model used, token counts, timings and whether it worked. It never receives your data, your customers' data or your conversations.
  • Stripe and PostHog are where your connected data comes from. Oskar only reads from them.
  • An email delivery provider sends our emails, such as password resets and digests.

How long we keep it

  • We keep waitlist details until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
  • We delete first-party website usage events after 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property.
  • In Oskar, we delete your customers' timeline events, and remove anything your customers wrote themselves (such as cancellation comments), after 13 months. Daily metrics and Oskar's decision records are kept for as long as your workspace exists, so you can see how things have changed.
  • We keep your account and workspaces until you ask us to delete them. When we delete a workspace, we delete the data that came from your connected tools along with it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete anything we hold about you, or to delete your Oskar account or a workspace. If you're one of our customers' customers, please contact the business you deal with first; we'll help them with your request. Email hello@infinitestack.co and we'll sort it out.

Changes

We'll update this page when what we collect or who handles it changes, and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the data in your Oskar account, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
