Terms

Oskar is an early-stage product from Infinite Stack (“we”, “us”). These terms cover this website and the Oskar product. By using either, or by creating an Oskar account, you agree to them. If you use Oskar for a business, you agree on behalf of that business and confirm you're allowed to.

The website and demo

The demo workspace is simulated. The companies, people, figures and conversations in it are fictional examples, and nothing in it is connected to real data.

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a place in the private beta, and it doesn't commit you to anything.

Oskar is in private beta

Oskar is still being built. Features will change, some will be removed, and things will sometimes break. We don't promise any particular level of availability, and we may pause or end the beta at any time. If we end it, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can and a chance to ask for a copy of your data.

Oskar is free during the private beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price before anything is charged, and you won't pay anything unless you choose to.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you invite to it do.
  • You can stop using Oskar at any time, and ask us to delete your account or a workspace by emailing us.

Your data

  • Your data, and your customers' data, stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to run Oskar for you, as our privacy policy describes.
  • Only connect accounts you're allowed to connect, and only share data with Oskar that you're allowed to share. Where it includes personal information about your customers, you're responsible for having a lawful basis for that and for telling them what you need to.
  • Oskar only reads from the tools you connect. It never changes anything in them.

Oskar's judgements

Oskar uses AI to decide which customers need your attention, to explain why, and to suggest what to do. It can be wrong: it can miss a customer who needs you, flag one who doesn't, or misread the evidence. Its decisions and suggestions are there to help you, not to replace your own judgement. Check anything important before acting on it, especially before contacting a customer or changing their account.

Using Oskar fairly

Don't use Oskar to break the law or anyone else's rights, try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with or overload the service, or copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Other services

Oskar works with services run by other companies, such as Stripe, PostHog, Google and the AI tools you connect it to. Your use of those is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for them, or for changes they make that affect Oskar.

No warranty

This website and Oskar are provided as is, without any promise that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. We may change or remove the website, the product or the plans it describes at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost revenue, profits, customers or data, arising from your use of the website or Oskar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Oskar develops. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change materially affects how you use Oskar, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Oskar after that, the new terms apply.
